Each item in our store is labeled with a color-coded tag. Every week, selected tag colors are discounted by 25%, 50%, or 75% off. Discount colors change weekly — look for signs at the front of the store to see which tags are on sale.

Seniors (55+) get 50% off on the First & Third Tuesday of every month with valid ID. Discounts cannot be combined — the higher discount will be applied at checkout.

Yes. Active duty and veterans with valid ID receive 25% off Monday through Friday. This discount cannot be combined with other offers; the greater discount will apply.

Fitting rooms are not available, as we prioritize the safety of both our customers and staff.

However, mirrors are located throughout the store, and customers are welcome to evaluate fit within the shopping areas.

All items are final sale and sold as-is. We do not offer returns or exchanges at this time. This policy is clearly posted throughout each store.

We understand that clothing fit can be a challenge when shopping secondhand. To better serve our customers, we’ll be introducing a limited clothing exchange policy in the coming weeks. Stay tuned for updates posted in-store and online.

Items with missing, altered, or damaged tags cannot be sold. They must be returned to our pricing team for review. Reprocessing takes up to 24 hours, or 48 hours on weekends.

We have made every effort to price items fairly. No associates or supervisors are authorized to price items. Our pricing is based on quality, brand, condition, and demand. Everyday brands are priced lower, while name brands and higher-quality items are priced higher due to better materials, craftsmanship, and popularity.

We add new items daily, so there’s always something new to find — from brand-name clothing and shoes to household goods and furniture.

Yes! We accept donations on-site during the following hours:
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Sunday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Please bring gently used clothing, shoes, and household goods to your nearest store during these hours.
